Crypt– The Merriam-Webster Online Dictionary defines a crypt as “a chamber (as a vault) wholly or partly underground; especially :  a vault under the main floor of a church”

Amitriptyline– A drug prescribed as an antidepressant. Side effects include increased hunger, dizziness and weight gain. Siena resisted her doctor’s recommendation to take the drug because she worried that it would decrease her ability to think at a high level.

Chlordiazepoxide– Chlordiazepoxide is a sedative prescribed to treat severe anxiety that is crippling to the patient. However, due to its potent contents, it is only intended for short-term use. Siena’s doctor prescribed it to her to treat her anxiety, which stemmed from her traumatic near-rape experience in the Philippines.

Telogen Effluvium-Hair loss that stems from a traumatic incident in a subject’s life. The hair loss can range from complete baldness to severe thinning of the hair. Siena was diagnosed with the condition after her traumatic near-rape experience in the Philippines.
