Il Duomino – Means “little Duomo” in Italian. This is the nickname of Ignazio Busoni, the director of Il Duomo in reference to the fact that he is very overweight.

Dante’s Death Mask – Found in the Palazzo Vecchio in Florence, the mask is believed to be false because of the shape of its nose. The mask was allegedly constructed based on a written description of the measurements of the poet’s skull.
