At first, S. felt relieved that “he’s not a Detective, not one of Vévoda’s men. But then it occurs to him that if he was Vévoda’s men, then being in this group is actually an advantage. Either way, it had made his search for Sola harder.

Jen and Eric talk about where they live and then Jen mentions that someone is taking packages from the mail area. Then later on, Jen strongly suggests that someone is going through her mail, and tells Eric to mail things to a different location.

Eric remembers that one of the well-dressed guys at the dinner might have quoted Straka in French. Jen reminds him that being able to quote Straka doesn’t necessarily mean they are trustworthy.

Jen wrote about her boss, director of Special Collections, getting an email about the accession of records from Ilsa. And noted that her name will be all over the records.
