Armstrong:
• Staff sharing with the Helpdesk
• Shared opening responsibilities in Nancy’s absence
• Two people waiting to get in Monday morning
• Processed LCD for classroom use for the semester
• Nice to have increased activity
• Student schedule almost full
Music:
• New ILL workflow
• Getting students used to life without Dan – new opening tasks
• Lots of reserve requests coming in, regular and ERes
Davis Family:
• Students helping Kellam pull reserve books
• Helping Stewart with bookings for screenings
• LOTS of room and printing questions
• Student schedule in Outlook
• Hiring and training new students
• Registering for circ conferences
• Very quiet Sunday night before classes
• Very busy first day of classes – lots of reserve requests
• FilemakerPro installed on Janine’s computer to assist with screenings
• Met with Stewart to discuss screening workflow
Stacks:
• Steady supply of returns – things kept out all summer
Reserves:
• Pretty quiet, not much going on, *yawn*
CT team: Prepping for AD meeting Thursday
Space Team: Processing the results from campus survey
Challenges:
• Plotter had an error – has been fixed
• Nancy out
• Power outage Monday night
• New student Macs having troubles logging in
• Reserve Music DVD stuck in computer
• Student time approval was wonky due to supervisor switch – everyone got paid, though
