Digital Media Tutors will be running rehearsals for symposium presenters at BiHall this week. At the beginning of each evening, a tutor should come to Armstrong to check out video adapters (“dongles”) for Mac laptops. These dongles are bundled together in the equipment cabinet, labeled “for symposium only.” It’s okay to check out all the dongles to one tutor; the tutor will distribute the dongles and return them at the end of the evening. The dongles can’t be left unattended in the presentation rooms due to the possibility of theft.
Tutors might also ask for remote controls. We’re not sure yet if these will be available at Armstrong today.
