Challenges:
• Papercut down for a while caused issues, especially at Armstrong
• Students had a hard time figuring out who was working when during winter carnival (all they had to do was look at the calendar)
• One student banned from checking out equipment after repeatedly being late with a laptop
• A few missing books for reserve need to be purchased
• Broken glass in microfilm machine
