Armstrong:
• Current journal consolidation
• Overflow bound journals consolidated
• Study tables will be added where these were shelved
• Student training
• All reserves done
• Search lists
• Science department coordinators coming to bind theses with LARS software
Davis Family:
• Trying to keep the students busy
• Billing notices sent out
• Trying to get stuff back from faculty (see stats)
• Awaiting meeting with Jim and Mike
• Planning summer vacation schedules
• Organizing and cleaning behind the desk
• Pulling reserve books for Kellam
Stacks:
• Reshelving from Spring is done
• Carrels cleared and lost keys billed
• Shifting the PQs to fill in space from last shift
• HX and J being weeded by librarians
• L will be vacuumed and straightened
Reserves:
• Breadloaf and LS prep
• Assisted Terry with copyright presentation to DMTs
• Met with Rebekah and Carrie re. theatre gift to BL
