Circulation Services – Circ, Reserves, and Stacks
Statistics:
• Missing books to be replaced in January: 22 (usually more than twice that number)
Highlights: (Progress towards Goals, accomplishments)
Armstrong:
• Nothing. If I don’t hear anything by tomorrow, I’ll send a search party
Davis Family:
• Quieter in the evenings than during a regular semester
• Working on swapping out all of the old laptops with new ones – slow as we have to do it as they come in
• Making sure we have all the necessary dongles, adapters, etc. for the new laptops
• Student training continues
• Spring schedule is set
• Ready to help Kellam when Spring pulling starts
• A few WHD asset tweaks
• Scheduled evaluation meetings
• Content managers meeting
Stacks:
• Finally have a full contingent of students working on shelving
• Caught up enough to start working on various projects
Reserves:
• Prepping for upcoming leave
• Winter and Spring stuff getting added
• Dan trained on everything
Teams
CT: Discussed Moodle settings
Space: Met with architect re. info desk
Challenges:
• Reserve books going astray
• Students less…motivated during J-term
• A few odd login issues with new laptops
