Circulation Services – Circ, Reserves, and Stacks
Statistics:
• Student employees of circ currently working in the library: 7 (this has to be some kind of record – 2 shelvers, 2 circ students, and 3 training!)
Highlights: (Progress towards Goals, accomplishments)
Armstrong:
• Fairly active library
• Monthly search lists
Davis Family:
• Spring schedule will go into Google calendar this week
• Many carrels still available
• Quiet in the evenings
• Lots of student training going on
Stacks:
• Catching up on reshelving
• HT weeding is done
• Need to shift in the PRs to fill a gap left by the VT display
Reserves:
• Wiki documentation DONE!
• Winter and Spring reserves
• Training new students on reserve policies
Challenges:
• Calendar has been a mess with travel issues and sub requests – gaps Saturday night
• Course correction taken with one student
• Found another aisle completely mishelved by the movers (from the Music Library move)
• Still waiting for compact shelving to get fixed
• Plotter issues at Armstrong
