Armstrong:
• Configured ADA machine in Armstrong, installed Kurzweill 3000
• Assisted Helpdesk with computers in Armstrong lab
• LARs bindery software repaired
• Helped with Feb registration
• Lots of Spring student schedule changes
• Lots of reserve, Nexpress, ILL
• Searched January circ list
Music:
• Reserves
• No staff there this week (MLA)
Davis Family:
• Lots of student schedule shifting, swapping, subbing
• Staff out sick
• Ironing out screening requests
• Supporting reserves wherever possible
• Blog finally accessible by all staff
• Performance review workshop with HR
• Trying to remind everyone to log in to fac/staff computers before leaving the desk
• Helping out Media Services with film bookings in Millennium
• New students getting training and shadowing time
Stacks:
• Prepping for carrel sign up on Monday

• Work progressing on the cloning machine
CT team: update on course hub, LMS pilots, discussion of Canvas (open source LMS)
Space Team: no report

Challenges:
• Expectations of immediate reserves processing – SLA will be a help in the future
• Mass failure of computers in Armstrong lab – fixed
• LARs bindery software not working – fixed
• Fac/staff loaner laptop issue
• Special requests from faculty
