Highlights: (Progress towards Goals, accomplishments)
Armstrong:
• ILL steady
• Preparing a bindery shipment
• Nancy is back!
• HUGE map give-away – EVERYTHING MUST GO!
• Re-imaged scanner computer and wrote documentation for creating a PDF
• Updated all fac/staff Macs
Music:
• Stacks fixed
• Steady ILL and Nexpress activity
Davis Family:
• Student staff directory completed
• Upcoming circ conference in WI
• Saturday and Sunday were quiet
• Evenings busy, especially Sunday
• Billing – replacement fines transferred to college bills
• Monthly circ meeting – start of term wrap-up, overview of loan rules and how they work
Stacks:
• Stacks fixed, but a new problem popped up in bound periodicals section
Reserves:
• Reserves processing has peaked, slowing down
• Troubleshooting ERes problems
• Searching/ordering lost items
CT team: Celebration! Looking ahead to LMS selection
Space Team: continued revision of documentation for AD’s

Challenges:
• Some damaged DVDs reported from screenings
• Hold shelf issues – Nexpress at Davis that should be at Armstrong. That workflow has been tweaked, documented, distributed
• Staff and students sick
