Reserve due-time bug!

UPDATE! This has now been fixed! 10/26/09

There is a bug in the system that causes reserve items to be due at the same time they are checked out. If this happens, please manually change the due date to reflect the correct time it should be due back. Feel free to refer to a supervisor. (For those of you curious, this happens when there is more than one copy of an item, and the one NOT on reserve is checked out and someone places a bib-level hold on the title – aren’t you glad you asked?) Innovative is investigating. We ought to hear something by Christmas.
