• Set exam hours for Armstrong
• Main – very busy pre-break activity!
• Request verification page enhancement – alerts user to NExpress option on requesting page
• Planning student worker holiday buffet – donations of time and dishes needed!
• Self-check – new scanner working well
• 24/7 planning and preparation; orientation
• Student schedule planning work at all branches
• Reserves: Joanne on vacation this week; reserve requests/issues on Friday, over weekend, and during early part of the week
• Equipment: coordinating long term loans for FW drives and LCD projectors, addition of 5 keyboards to loaner pool
• Conference: ACRL NE ASIG – Emergency preparedness and security
Challenges
• Friday prior to holiday week crazy busy with returns, renewals, special requests, overdues, recalls, reserves
• Schedules/staffing: Gaps in student staff schedule during the busy pre-break period; evening, weekend and reserve staff on vacation; rash of students not showing up for shifts – 3 in 4 days at Music
