Armstrong:
• Processed and sent out a large bindery shipment
• Cleared ILL/NExpress holdshelves
• ILL and NExpress activity steady
• Spring reserves still coming in
• Annual reviews process ramping up – attending training sessions
Music:
• Plays whose only copy is at Music have been collected for transfer to Davis
Davis Family:
• Updating LS handbooks

• Setting student schedule for Winter Carnival
• Prepping for annual performance reviews
• New students shadowing and training
• NExpress conference call
Stacks:
• Carrel day
• Reshelving progressing well
Reserves:
• Getting a handle on Spring reserves
• Online course on digitization has commenced (with excellent timing!)
CT team: Crafting LMS pilot surveys
Space Team: Music Library move (rinse, lather, repeat)
Challenges:
• Water assault (as opposed to the less invasive “incursion”) via the emergency exit door Monday afternoon
• Sticking to established policies and procedures when pushed to do otherwise by faculty
• NExpress recall confusion
