My only experience with World of Warcraft was the South Park episode, “Make Love, Not Warcraft.” I’ve included the link at the bottom. I’m sure almost all of you have seen this episode before, but I always get a kick out of media commenting on itself. It’s interesting how media is becoming an archive of itself.

I am not quite sure what to make of this video….I think that one thing this video brings up is how changes in technology have created their own language. It reminds me of that AT&T commercial where they are playing scrabble and use the texting abbreviations as words.
