Sub request emails

First of all, I think it is great that we are using our entire student pool to fill gaps at all branches. I think this is the ideal situation.

That being said, PLEASE CLARIFY AT WHICH BRANCH YOU NEED A SUB in your emails for sub requests. Also, please start a new email for each new sub request. Thanks!

Sub Requests – Be Specific in the Subject Field

Thanks to you all for your attention to finding subs when you have schedule conflicts, and for jumping in for each other when needed.
One favor – please be specific in the subject field of your sub requests – it makes it so much easier for supervisors to track schedule changes and ensure accuracy of schedules. We see a lot of sub requests every day – and if you list your name, the date, and the time of your shift(s) – it makes it much easier to keep track of the changes. Many thanks! You guys are the best. 🙂
