Main Library Room Reservations
A clarification about the who/what/where of Main Library room scheduling.
Rooms 105, 145 and 221 are scheduled through Doreen Bernier – LIS Administration Lib 250E (behind the Main Circ Desk) @ x5595 or by email dbernier@middlebury.edu Mon – Fri 9 – 5
Rooms 150 A-D and 240A/B are scheduled through CTLR x 3131
Room 220 (Wilson media lab) is scheduled through Joe Antonioli x3062 or by email jantonio@middlebury.edu
All other classrooms are scheduled through Scheduling Office – Event Management – go/schedule.
If a room has not been reserved, it can be used on a first come first served basis during times when scheduling services are unavailable. Please keep in mind that advance reservations always have priority.
Circ Supervisors – in a pinch – you can schedule Library rooms in Outlook.
25live use is restricted to Scheduling staff.
Room and Space Reservations – Main Library
You can find lots of great info about room scheduling at go/schedule. Click on Space Availability Search to locate rooms and check on availability. Search by “lib” in the 25Live system to locate spaces and rooms in the Library.
After hours, study and viewing rooms in the Library can be used on a first come-first served basis, with the understanding that advance reservations scheduled through Event Management will always have priority.
For more information about reserving space for displays check go/lis?display. Display spaces can be reserved and will also be listed in the Events Scheduling 25Live system if there are questions about availability.
Please help as best you can with display and room schedule questions and requests. Check go/schedule for room/space details. If you can’t find the answer, please refer to a Circ supervisor.
