• Lots of student training going on
• 6 month check-ins are happening
• Monthly lists run. Will do stats and replacement list today or tomorrow

• Some stuff coming in
• Thinking about BL annual report
Challenges:
• Student found sleeping in Armstrong by custodial crew
• Person found in Davis by custodial
• New printers are jamming a lot, need constant toner replacement – Printing group is talking to SymQuest
• Kanopy issues today
• Issue with online access to SAGE journals – finally resolved by vendor
• Issues with WHD not emailing tech groups when tickets created
