• EAST study complete!
• Lots of returns – focus on reshelving
Reserves:
• Working on reserves for all BL programs
• BLVT orientation dates and times scheduled
• Spring stuff still coming in

Challenges:
• BLVT work-study student scheduling issues
• Parents emailing asking me to waive billing fees for their kids that have no money
• No fax machine
• No applicants for summer, SEO can’t guarantee them housing
• Lots of student interviews, panics, sub requests
