• ILL and Nexpress steady
• Spring reserves taken down
• Search lists
• Pulled books for BL reserve
• Helping prepare theses for BNB binding
• Still learning Windows 7
• Attended Oral History conference in Madison, WI
• Students helping out at Davis
• Plotter busy
Davis Family:
• Trying to keep the students busy
• DVD recasing
• Fac/staff laptops: prepping for re-imaging, swapping out old 610’s
• Equipment inventory, clean up
• Cleaning up after first round of billing – only one credit so far!
• Pulling books for reserves
• Training reminders for Summer students
• Various staff vacations (planned and otherwise)
• Tweaking loan rules for summer borrowing, thesis keys, requesting available items, etc.
Stacks:
• All reshelving complete!
• All carrels cleaned, replacement keys ordered
• Non-M call number books moved from the end of the Music collection
• Portuguese books separated out from Spanish books
• Music VHS pulled out of collection that moved from Music and are now shelved with the rest of the VHS
• M books in Davis have been inter-shelved with the rest of the Music books
• Still working on signage
Reserves:
• Breadloaf, LS reserves, full steam ahead
• Spring reserves purged, cleared
CT team: on vacation
Space Team: on vacation
Challenges:
• DVD project is revealing a number of missing DVDs
• New students need some reminders
