Circulation Services – Circ, Reserves, and Stacks
Statistics:
• Student head count overnight so far: 2191 (They came upon a midnight clear)
Highlights: (Progress towards Goals, accomplishments)
Armstrong:
• Very busy library
• Plotter use is heavy – Davis’s is/was down
• Collecting class evaluations (He knows if you’ve been bad or good)
• Working to fill student schedules for exams, J-term
Davis Family:
• 24/7 in full swing
• Billed for a bunch of overdue equipment
• Tons of returns
• Many student sub requests
• Sign-ups for J-term and Spring
• Renewing carrels, a good number coming back! Feeling confident we will have some to give out in J-term (Joy to the world!)
• Met with CTLR to come up with a plan for them to have a small display of their books but in MIDCAT – still working out the details
• New Dell computers from Helpdesk – getting them into the system to circulate
Stacks:
• Returns (Still, still, still)
Reserves:
• Fall, Winter, and Spring requests all coming in (It’s the most wonderful time of the year)
• Auto-reply turned on in the reserves mailbox
• Academic roundtable
• Finalized BL report
• Creating new LibGuides page for BL
Challenges:
• I saw Mommy kissing Santa Claus
