Circulation Services – Circ, Reserves, and Stacks

Statistics:
• Number of Ilsley patrons deleted from Millennium: 11908
• Amount of fines waived from said patrons’ records: $45,732.61
Highlights: (Progress towards Goals, accomplishments)
Armstrong:
• Quiet during break after a busy week last week
• Several shipments of new books arriving
• LIS meeting
• Heavy plotter use
• Help with media issues
• Still getting used to new copier for ILL
Davis Family:
• LIS meeting
• Still running out of Mac chargers, but headphones are plentiful
• Will send some of our new equipment over to Armstrong
• Student schedule a bit thin during break, but overall fine
• 20-hour student work limit creates some problems
• Student trainings set up with Steve and Kellam
• Penalty Points starting to affect more people
• Looking ahead to holiday desk schedule
• Emailed faculty about billed items – actually am getting responses
• Still no word from the bike people
• Met to discuss future of info desk/atrium with Space Team
• Nice relaxing trip to Baltimore
• Removal of all things Ilsley from Millennium
• Lexa back to work next Sunday!
Stacks:
• Just keeping up with reshelving
• Working on H shift
Reserves:
• Attended academic roundtable
• Closed library at 8 Friday
• Editing wiki for reserves documentation
• Finished BL report (though still waiting on BLWC feedback)

Teams
CT: finished CT definition, video platform evaluations, CT stats

Challenges:
• Rude guest borrower
• Davis plotter ran out of paper
