Circulation Services – Circ, Reserves, and Stacks
Statistics:
• Number of PCs available to loan out at Davis circ: 0
Highlights: (Progress towards Goals, accomplishments)
Armstrong:
• Quiet
• Searched monthly lists
• Helped coordinators with bindery shipment of theses
• Updated new books table
• Pulled BL books for Kellam
• Students working on weeding
• 1 student staff, 1 regular staff this week
Davis Family:
• Working on WHD mysteries, quirks, fixes
• Starting to think about goals
• Replacing missing CDs and DVDs from the semester
• Taking stock of equipment
• Print cards – we are out, but trying to move to paperless as people have the ability to create an account with a credit card
• Fri and Sat of alumni weekend were busy, Sunday not so much
• Everything re-shelved, students now pulling for Kellam
• Student summer schedules set
• Enjoyable pizza lunch – thanks Mary!
• Worked my last Sunday shift!
Stacks:
• Finishing up reshelving, checking in carrels
• Starting on summer projects, weeding
Reserves:
• BLNM books sent to NM (thanks, ILL staff!)
• Still waiting on BLVT lists
• Circ students pulling reserve lists
Challenges:
• Could have used two students to close Friday of reunion weekend
• Alums wanted to take out equipment. Some got pushy about it.
