Statistics:
• Number of student schedule emails since the September: 660
Highlights: (Progress towards Goals, accomplishments)
Armstrong:
• Some winter reserves, no Spring yet
• A few unfilled gaps in the schedule
• Starting to think about evaluations
Davis Family:
• Training Aurora at Davis and Armstrong – she will close with Janine Thursday
• Lots of equipment going out
• Training new student hires
• A couple staff signing up to go to IUG in San Francisco
• Circ student won student of the month
• Winter break student schedule set
• Spring schedule finalizing
• Spelunking in the depths of WHD setup options
• Policy summit meeting
Stacks:
• Hired one new student, interviewing another today
• Getting started on projects
Reserves:
• Janine trained with Kellam on reserves procedures
• May start pulling Spring reserves next week
• Open access online course continues
Challenges:
• Student kept reserve personal copy over Break
• Set of cooking books inexplicably missing
• Guest printing continues to be a pain for all involved
• A few billing issues (Fall billing just showed up on people’s accounts…)
