Armstrong:
• Figuring out what to do with empty shelves
• Plotter use steady
• ILL steady
• New science librarian installed successfully
• BNB shipment of physics journals
• A few fall reserves coming in
• Last week of the LS student staff
• Activity winding down
Davis Family:
• Fall student calendar is starting to see some activity, attention, changes imminent
• No group student training this year – only one on one
• Weekends very busy
• Working on final recommendation for HEAT replacement
• Planning student wrap-up lunch meeting
• Managers meeting
• Met with Terry and Carrie to discuss reference service model options
• Equipment picked up for BLWC – very appreciative
Stacks:
• Re-shelving
• Unpacking and reshelving 60+ boxes of BLVT reserves, returns
Reserves:
• Fall reserves
• BLWC set-up, shifts, sessions
• Out of office email SLA in place
• Subs pulling for Fall reserves
Challenges:
• People still unsure how to print/copy.
• Question of what the workflow is for deactivating a printer in Papercut
• Laserdisc requested, not on shelf, eventually found
• Odd discrepancies with the cash drawer (extra money)
• eBooks record load caused significant slow-down Tuesday in Millennium
