Circulation Services – Circ, Reserves, and Stacks
Statistics:
• Number of patrons added to the database today (Banner patron load – summer students) – 1138
• Must be the month before exams: Circulation for April – 20,650
• Gate count, both libraries for April – 160,415
Highlights: (Progress towards Goals, accomplishments)
Armstrong:
• Busy library, lots of printing
• Poster printing
• Student schedule sign-ups
• New plotter!
• Summer schedule is set!
• Hired one person for the fall – losing 11 seniors!!
• Work on science data librarian search continues
Davis Family:
• Requests for iPhone chargers at the desk
• Getting 2 Kindle Fires
• Circ survey underway – 31 student/staff responses, 1 faculty
• Back from vacation
• Lots of activity at the desk
• Prepping for 24/7 – schedule sign-ups
• All circ computers now running Windows 7
Stacks:
• Carrels returns trickling in
• Lots of returns, but students are keeping up
Reserves:
• Thinking about Breadloaf scheduling
• Reserves trickling in
Web team: planning Content Managers’ Summit

Challenges:
• A few Windows 7 issues on the circ computers, but I think we have figured them out
