FTI Consulting Summer Leadership Program
FTI Consulting is seeking innovative, collaborative, and highly motivated students to participate in our 2022 Impact Leadership Program. Our Impact program is an early-identification program for high-performing students with a graduation date in 2024 to demonstrate their leadership skills and understanding of the management consulting industry.
All participants should intend to pursue a career in consulting post-graduation; standout participants may receive an early offer for our Traditional Internship Program for summer 2023.
This program will be a one-week program in May 2022. An east coast, west coast and virtual location will be available for this program.
The leadership program will provide students with the opportunity to learn more about FTI, our five business practice areas, enhance professional development skills, participate in a two-day case study, and interview for our traditional internship program.

The Lime Connect Fellowship Program For Students with Disabilities is our flagship program in the U.S. designed for highly accomplished rising university juniors (current sophomores).
In case you’ve missed it, we have just opened up the applications for this prestigious program! For selected Fellows, the fun kicks off with our Leadership & Development Symposium in New York City* this summer with a focus on personal and professional development, community, access to our U.S. corporate partners, and potential Summer 2023 internships. Upon completion of the program, Fellows will join the lifelong experience of the broader Lime Connect Fellows community, where they will receive ongoing support and mentoring, continued professional development, community with Fellows from the previous classes, and networking opportunities throughout their careers.
2022 Lime Connect Fellowship Program Eligibility Requirements:
- A current sophomore (rising junior) at a four-year university in the United States
- Continuing studies as a full-time student for the 2022 – 2023 academic year
- Eligible to work in the United States
- A person with a (visible or invisible) disability.*
*NOTE: We currently plan on hosting Super Days and our Leadership & Development Symposium in person in New York City in 2022, following any COVID-19 guidelines that may be in place on those dates. If needed, we will adjust to a virtual format, but we remain optimistic about gathering safely in person.

Environmental Consulting Info session on 1/31 with alum
Come learn from Andy Schwarz, Midd alum, who has more than 30 years of environmental policy consulting experience, working with clients in the U.S. and in Eastern Europe. He will talk about his career path at Industrial Economics and what it takes to succeed.
Andy holds a B.A. in Biology from Middlebury; an M.S.T. in Environmental Education from Antioch University; an M.F.S. in Environmental Policy from the Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies; and an M.B.A. with a specialty in Finance from George Washington University.
All students are welcome to learn about this industry.

Nonprofit consulting job with info session this week
TDC, a nonprofit management consulting and research firm, seeks an Associate Consultant to join our team. TDC works exclusively with nonprofit, governmental, educational, and philanthropic organizations, providing them with the business and management tools critical to achieving mission success.
Associate Consultants’ engagements span TDC’s portfolio of work with organizations, funders, and sector-wide research projects. Associate Consultants staff multiple client engagements simultaneously, working in project teams of two to four with a variety of TDC’s senior consultants. Responsibilities include:
- Project management and client communications, including collecting and managing materials, scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking notes, and managing timelines and processes;
- Research, including developing research plans, designing and implementing surveys and conducting stakeholder interviews and focus groups;
- Data analysis, including review of financial information, demographic data, audience and donor data, and qualitative documents and findings;
- Deliverable preparation, including writing meeting summaries, drafting memos, preparing slide decks and presentations, and contributing to financial models and strategic plans.

Hall of Fame internship
Hall of Fame Village Media leverages the stories, personalities and passions of professional athletes and the Pro Football Hall of Fame to develop unique long and short-form content features for distribution networks, brands and fans.
The person that fills this position will support the Hall of Fame Village Media team in a range of functions, will have a front row seat to watch the content development process unfold, and will contribute to building the nation’s next great sports and entertainment enterprise.
The Jack Langerman Internship is given to a Middlebury student who best embodies the qualities Jack brought to everything he did. The program is a two-month, remote summer internship working within our content division to help identify, develop and produce various content initiatives built around professional athletes.

Diverse Perspectives in Consulting – program on Feb 2.
Middlebury Consulting Group is hosting the 2nd Annual Diverse Perspectives workshop.
The workshop on Wednesday, Feb. 2nd from 5:00 – 6:00pm EST is a consulting 101 presentation led by David Powell of Bain & Co. followed by a Q&A panel of BIPOC and FGLI alumni working within the industry. Hear their stories as they discuss their respective paths, give advice on how to succeed in new environments, and their relationship with their identities throughout the process.
