The Vermont Beaver Association is looking to have a short film made about the ecological and economic benefits of having beavers in the Vermont landscape and the use of non-lethal methods of beaver control, especially beaver flow devices. This film would be for the association’s web page, which is currently being built. There is no funding available for this project, although students could work with the Center for Community Engagement to get credit as a service learning project; Professor Alexis Mychajliw (Biology) is working with the VBA and thus could serve as a liaison.
