As an analyst for C&S Grocers you will be working for a major $19B company that serves over 3,900 stores nationwide. C&S is the largest food wholesaler and the 12th largest privately held company in the United States.
The location of this job is particularly great if you’re interested in staying in the New England area after graduation. You would be located in Keene, New Hampshire, a great New England city located close to one of the nation’s coolest places—Boston, Massachusetts. Business Analyst (BA)
The Business Analyst position is a developmental role in which the employee will be exposed to all areas of our operation from a top down and bottom up training method simultaneously. While being exposed to the various processes and roles throughout the organization, the Business Analyst will be asked to provide analytical feedback and suggest innovative changes that could immediately impact our operation.
Upon completion of our eighteen-twenty month rotational training program the individual will be placed within a key department that best parallels their skills and desired career path. Some of these departments include but are not limited to Warehouse Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Customer Service, Transportation, Finance and Human Resources

Job Requirements:
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and responsibilities
• Ability to solve problems and analyze data
• Eagerness to learn and accept challenges
• Ability to think independently and creatively while working well with others
• Bachelor’s degree in related major
• Excellent Microsoft Word and Excel skills
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Ability to obtain permanent work authorization in the U.S.
