A seminar requires active participation from all its members based on thoughtful preparation of the assigned materials.  Participation, including your regular comments and questions, discussion leading, and group work, will account for 25% of the final grade.  You will be writing reading inquires each week (15%), two longer essays (5-7 pages) synthesizing readings and addressing larger themes in the seminar (20% each) and creating a visual reflection on one or more aspects of the Global Sixties for presentation during the final seminar sessions (20%).
