Beta Technologies
Based in South Burlington, Beta Technologies specializes in the design and development of electric aircraft including advanced flight control and electric propulsion systems, with a focus on clean aviation technology. Their creative and analytical engineering team practice fundamental and innovative engineering. Specialties include software development, system integration, power system design, algorithm development, thermal analysis, sensing and control systems.

Liquid Measurement Systems
Based in Georgia, Vermont, Liquid Measurement Systems (LMS) is one of Vermont’s fastest growing aerospace companies, and a leader in aerospace fuel measurement technologies. They specialize in the design, development, certification and manufacture of components for commercial and military aircraft.
LMS is known for its proprietary, electro-mechanical products that operate using embedded software. Their designs are customer- and platform-unique, and undergo rigorous qualification and certification before entering production.
They are currently hiring a Software Engineer II – which does require a few years of experience, so great for a CS alum!
