Citi’s Early ID Program is designed to focus on identifying, mentoring and hiring top diverse talent for Citi’s Summer Analyst Programs. Targeting current sophomores (graduation date between December 2020-May 2021), EID will pair selected candidates with a mentor in their preferred business and provide access to e-learning curriculum to help prepare candidates for accelerated interviews for the 2020 Summer Analyst programs.
