Program Duration: Participants are hired as Technology Associates who progress through four, six-month rotations across Kaiser Permanente’s IT organization. The program is full-time — 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week — and lasts 2 years.
Location: Rotations are currently based throughout our Bay Area office locations in Northern California and in our Southern California region.
Areas of Focus: As an associate, you’ll get an inside look at the nation’s leading nonprofit health plan and integrated care organization. You’ll also gain experience in multiple technical disciplines that are foundational to a career in technology:
- Big Data
- Full Technology Stack Exposure, from Data Centers to Mobility Applications
- Integrated Information Technology Governance
- Solution/Software Development Lifecycle
