2018 – 2019 Recruiting Process: What should you do now?

As a first year or sophomore starting the recruiting process, the best place to start is learning as much about a firm and the available programs as you can prior to applying and interviewing. To help you navigate through the process, BAML hosts on-campus events at select core schools, webcast sessions for schools across the nation, hosts an Insight Week (see below!) and connects you to their business leaders to build your network.

Winter Webcast Series

This webcast series, designed to educate you on all that Bank of America Merrill Lynch has to offer and help you define your interests. Below is a menu of the upcoming presentations and information so you can find the best fit for you. In each webcast, an overview of the line of business and program, tips for interviewing, and time to answer your questions will be provided. Further information on the event and joining details will be provided upon registration. Click links below to secure your spot today!

Insight Week

In April of 2018 the BAML campus recruiting team will host the fourth annual Insight Week, a one-and a half day professional development opportunity targeted at women and underrepresented freshmen and sophomores interested in firm-wide career opportunities. If you’re selected, BAML will bring you to their Charlotte or New York office. You will have the opportunity to meet with senior business leaders from across the firm, conduct mock interviews, attend resume workshops, take part in professional growth activities, and begin to build your network of contacts at BAML. The deadline to apply to Insight Week is February 7.

Visit BAML’s website to learn more about these great programs:

Application Timeline

BAML will host an on-campus information session at Middlebury. Stay tuned for more information on the date this spring.  Applications for all 2019 summer internship programs are expected to open early summer and all students are required to apply on BAML’s Campus Careers Website, https://campus.bankofamerica.com. Additional information will follow regarding specific application open dates and deadlines. As a reminder, last year GBAM introduced first round video interviews as part of the assessment process for all undergraduate candidates, and this will continue to be part of the process into next season.
