My name is Jenna Reichenbach and I’m from Port Washington, New York. I’m graduating this month as a Sociology and Anthropology major, though I’ve yet to spend a summer in Middlebury! I’m passionate about baking and cooking and love being a part of such a lively food culture here in Vermont. My dream is to own a bakery one day, or simply be involved in the food industry in some capacity. I can’t wait to experience a new realm of the industry in my internship with Vermont Farm Tours while the FoodWorks program promises to connect me with greater knowledge of and networks within the Vermont food scene! Most Excited For: Farmers Market Socializing and Eating.
Gurlyn is a rising sophomore from Kenosha, Wisconsin and will be working as a Weybridge Preservation Intern this summer. He decided to do Foodworks because he wants to learn more about sustainable food and local agriculture in Vermont.
