The HubSpot Leadership Program is a two-year rotational program for graduating college seniors, and is designed as an accelerated path toward marketing leadership. This program is an excellent opportunity to learn first-hand the ins-and-outs of a fast-growing, scale-up tech company. Employees in the program not only have the opportunity to explore different facets of the organization, but also develop a strong foundation that prepares employees for a successful career in marketing leadership.
Leadership employees rotate through three eight-month positions during the two-year program. Unlike many other rotational programs, HubSpot customizes individual development tracks for each participant.
The program begins in Technical Support to learn the HubSpot product and customer mindset inside and out. The next two rotations are in Marketing, where the individual will experience two different, high-priority roles hand-picked for them based on personal interests and long-term goals.
All leadership participants will have the opportunity to work in one of HubSpot’s international offices. Past projects have included; building marketing support for our sales team in Sydney and solving technical support cases for our European customers in Dublin. As HubSpot continues to expand, we look forward to offering additional opportunities in our new international offices.
HubSpot also will pair each employee with a specialized mentor for day-to-day coaching, perspective, and guidance. Further, participants will also have the opportunity to meet with HubSpot’s executive for career mentorship and leadership exposure.
