A few weeks ago, the Lime Connect team had the honor of joining the Microsoft Ability Summit 2020. The session covered whether, when, and how to disclose your disability and ask for accommodations during the recruiting process, onboarding or throughout employment. They focused on identifying what you need to be successful in each setting and how to communicate the unique strengths you have as a person with a disability.
