WHEN: TUESDAY, OCTOBER 15, 2019
TIME: 4:30-5:30 PM
LOCATION: CCI, ADIRONDACK HOUSE LIBRARY

Apply the innovation principles of design thinking to the wicked problem of designing your life at and after Middlebury during a series of Studios being offered through the Innovation Hub and Center for Careers and Internships.

Gain awareness of your own energy levels throughout the week and of your energy ups and downs to make choices about which activities to spend time doing. Learn how to organize your time to optimize energy so that you’re more in balance and you’re not staying “stuck”. Your facilitators, who were trained at the Stanford d.School, will bring to you exercises from the NYT best-selling book Designing Your Life: How To Build A Well-Lived, Joyful Life. This studio will create the space necessary for you to reflect on your own agency and to map your own energy engagement while helping you see trends and make adjustments to navigate more smoothly during your 4 years at Middlebury or at any time in your life.

Snacks provided and looking forward to seeing you in CCI’s ADK House Library. Please RSVP HERE on Handshake.
