I think this opportunity at Stroz Friedberg, now Aon’s Cyber Solutions, sounds really great. Plus there is an alum who works there who has had a positive experience. Read the short profile of Margot Graham ’18 below and check out the details on Handshake.
“As my time at Middlebury came to a close, I wasn’t quite sure what I wanted to do but I knew that I wanted to continue learning after graduating. As a political science major and computer science minor, I was curious to explore the field of cyber security. I was thrilled when I discovered Stroz Friedberg’s (now Aon’s Cyber Solutions) Cyber Associate program, a rotational program that allows for exposure to four different aspects of cyber security consulting. The nine month program rotates Cyber Associates through four of our practices: Digital Forensics, Incident Response, Proactive Advisory, and Proactive Testing. Cyber Associates are taught and guided by the field’s leading experts, while simultaneously gaining exposure to real, client-facing work that deals with some of the most influential companies in the world. Through the Cyber Associate program, I found myself drawn to the Proactive Advisory practice where I am now a consultant. I continue to learn more every day because even after the Cyber Associate program, Aon’s Cyber Solutions fosters professional development by providing a budget for annual training, assigning mentors, and encouraging employees to pursue their unique interests.
The deadline to apply for the Cyber Associate program is October 14 at 9:00a EST.
