CLIMB Internship Program is a 10-week undergraduate summer internship program in Denver, Colorado, one of the most exciting cities in the US for young people. Designed exclusively for Middlebury, Yale, Denison, Northwestern, Wesleyan, Brown, Harvard, MIT and Stanford students, CLIMB has identified paid, meaningful internships with employers across all industries and non-profit organizations. Pay is minimum of $4,000 for the summer (although there are exceptions) with several employers paying more, depending on the industry. You will apply for a specific job by submitting resume and cover letter to CLIMB who will then forward it to the company/organization. Employers review applications, interview by phone/Skype/Facetime and generally hire within 6-8 weeks, depending on the time of year.
Housing is paid by the employer if you are hired. During the summer, Interns gather weekly for Wednesday dinners featuring guest speakers that represent Denver’s most accomplished leaders – a chance to increase professional and social networks. Interns rave about the chance to live together with peer group from different schools and explore all that Colorado has to offer with weekend adventures including hiking, rafting, camping, and community service. Internships run from May 28 to August 2, 2019. Housing is located at University of Denver, adjacent to a light rail stop, but for the first three weeks in summer 2019, Interns will stay at a well located extended stay hotel. Exceptions on start date will be considered for students on the quarter system.
