Join Anna Mahalak, Youth Engagement Manager from the United Nations Foundation, to learn how you can be a local leader on campus and in the international diplomatic arena! The
program will present opportunities for engagement with the United Nations – including student events, professional development, internships, and student leadership resources.  Pizza & soft drinks will be provided!

Tuesday, January 29th 6 – 8pm Orchard-Hillcrest 103

This lecture, in partnership with the Middlebury Office of Sustainable Integration and the United Nations Association, will focus on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) set in 2015
with the hopes of full implementation by the year 2030. Are these targets still possible with the absence of nations like the United States where climate skeptics have risen to the forefront of the political arena? How can we, as Middlebury students, contribute to the helping make these objectives into a reality?
