Partners in Walking with Laura Wilkinson

Have you been wanting to get moving, but just haven’t taken that first step? Now is the time! Pull out those walking or running shoes and meet at the indoor track. The CDC recommends that all adult Americans get at least 150 minutes of moderate intensity physical activity weekly. Following this recommendation contributes to your overall health, and decreases your risk of chronic diseases such as heart disease, cancer, and diabetes.
