This week Lisa Brayshaw McLaughlin starts as Collections Associate in Collections Management. Since 2005, Lisa was the Co-Director of the Library/Media Center at Mary Hogan School in Middlebury and from 2003-2005 she supported the school’s computer lab. Lisa has a a history degree from Princeton, a Master’s degree in Special Education from the American University, and a license in school library media studies from UVM. Among other things, Lisa will be helping to purchase, pay for, and keep track of the libraries 70,000 or so online and print journals, 60,000-plus eBooks, and million or so physical books (not to mention DVDs, VHS tapes, CDs, newspapers, audiobooks, the list goes on and on…).
