Thanks Dean. On this run, I was also looking for the trail connection to the State of Vermont Snake Mountain parking lot a few miles to the south. I was never entirely sure that the connection actually existed – I tried to find it from the south once. The folks I saw at the viewpoint said that they had just come up that way, so it is on my “to explore” list next summer when it is easier to follow the paths.
