Whole Body Intelligence with Qi Gong

A new Middebury site for the Lee Holden Qi Gong videos (go/wholebody on the Middlebury campus) is now available for use in classes, during sports practices, at special events, and by individuals.

The video series includes:

  • Awakening Whole Body Intelligence: Energize (10 minutes)
  • Awakening Whole Body Intelligence: Relax and Clear Stress (20 minutes)
  • Overview of Qi Gong Basics (30 minutes)

The Whole Body Intelligence project goals include encouraging self-management for stress levels at the beginning of the year, and heightening awareness of mind-body connections in conjunction with the fall symposia on mindfulness at Middlebury and MIIS.
