See the Careers pages of their website for a complete list of openings and job descriptions: www.fsg-impact.org/careers.

Here are some examples of a few positions they are currently recruiting for:

Director, Education & Youth Practice – FSG Directors, as members of their leadership group, have a diverse set of responsibilities that include leading and developing teams, overseeing projects, managing client relationships, developing intellectual capital, serving as trusted client advisors, and helping set the strategic direction of the overall firm. While all of their strategy consulting staff are generalists to some degree, they are looking for someone in this position who will be particularly focused on, passionate about, and credible with clients on education, as well as someone who is excited about helping drive the growth and set the direction of their recently launched Education & Youth practice.

Strategic Communications Manager – The expanding Strategic Communications group is responsible for all aspects of communications at FSG: everything from campaign analysis to publication production to website redesign to webinars to social media to media relations to event management to contact management…and all of the in-betweens. The successful candidate for this role will have prior project management and program implementation experience in communications or marketing, and will bring an ability to turn on a dime from granular tactics to high level thinking; have a positive, confident, self-directed, and can-do attitude; and a personal drive for achieving demonstrable results.

Senior Evaluation Center Consultant – The Strategic Learning and Evaluation Center (SLEC) is seeking an energetic, highly skilled, and thoughtful individual who will work closely with Executive Director Hallie Preskill to develop the Center’s capacities and capabilities, and to serve clients. Successful candidates will bring deep evaluation experience and a passion for both insight generation and client service.

CF Insights Senior Analyst – Community Foundation Insights (CF Insights) is looking for an experienced professional to engage and support members, conduct analyses, and generate fresh perspectives to share with the community foundation field. In addition to strong analytical skills, the Senior Analyst will also bring strong communication and relationship management skills.

“FSGers” are self-motivated and highly professional, intellectually rigorous and action-oriented, and committed to data-based decision-making while maintaining a sense of fun and enthusiasm for their work. (see more about FSG core values here).
