Spring Classes with Nina Vila

Pilates & Egoscue Method Classes with Nina Vila

  • The Egoscue Method gives you the tools you’ll need, for the rest of your life, to maximize your bodies performance in sports, dance or simply get stronger, attaining a more correct alignment, this class is for you
  • Pilates will rebalance and lengthen your body with gentle and effective exercises based on using your deep core muscles and the whole body as a unit.
  • Taking both classes brings the perfect marriage of mind and body workouts, creating an extremely strong core along with a balanced body, allowing the body to pursue all it’s functions on a very high level.

Tuesdays (Egoscue) & Thursdays (Pilates)

Middlebury Break Buses

If your looking to get off campus during break periods and don’t want to deal with driving and parking in the cities, here is a great option for you.  All buses depart/return at Adirondack Circle and are a great value for the price.  Buses are chartered from Premier and have well experienced and courteous drivers to make your travel comfortable.

Suzanne Cota, Assistant to the Director of Athletics, will offer a presentation and tour of the new athletic facilities for staff on Thursday, January 19.

Light refreshments will be available, but feel free to bring your own bag lunch.

Child Care During 2016 Holiday Party Sign-Up

Staff Council has organized childcare services in Kenyon Lounge during the holiday party for children ages 3-12. Students involved with the MAlt, Middlebury’s Alternative break program, will be babysitting as a fundraiser for their trips that will occur during February break 2017.

Since these are Middlebury College students watching your children, space is limited to 20 children. There will be games and crafts/art supplies in Kenyon Lounge to keep the children occupied.

This service is FREE. The President’s Office is graciously covering the cost of the babysitting, valued at $30 per child for the 3 hours (flat rate).
