SWIM LESSONS REGISTRATION, 2015 –2016

MIDDLEBURY COLLEGE SWIMLESSONS REGISTRATION, 2015 –2016 academic year ~$10 per half hour for participant~ ~ Each additional participant is $5 per half hour provided participants have the same ability level and can do the lesson together~ ~Sign up anytime; lessons will be as instructors are available~

Swimming lessons are once again being offered to faculty, staff, alumni, and their immediate families. Lessons are for half an hour, one day a week, for 6 consecutive weeks. There is a $15 registration fee. If you are interested in signing yourself or your children up for swimming or diving lessons; PLEASE PRINT THIS ARTICLE, COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION INFORMATION BELOW AND SEND WITH A CHECK (for registration fee and cost for 6 lessons), MADE PAYABLE TO MIDDLEBURY COLLEGE, TO NORMA LEDUC @ MEMORIAL FIELD HOUSE.

Lessons will be scheduled on Mondays or Tuesdays. If your instructor is on break you may reschedule that lesson with the instructor to ensure you get your full 6 weeks of lessons. Available instructors will be assigned on a FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED basis. In order to register, individuals must be an immediate family member of a Middlebury College faculty, staff or alumni.

Rules of Swimming Lessons: 1. Sign the General Release 2. Sign you and/or your child in at the beginning of each lesson. 3. Do not enter or let your child enter the pool without the instructor and lifeguard being present. 4. Wait in the balcony area/bleachers if you have a child taking a lesson. You are not allowed to drop your child off and leave. 5. If you cannot make a lesson, please be sure to call your instructor.
