Join us for a 3-part series across the Northeast where you will network with fellow sophomore women from across the country and participate in workshops geared toward consulting, confidence, and entering the workforce.

Our annual Women’s Leadership Series takes place across three Oliver Wyman offices to highlight the different aspects that make each of our home cities great! Throughout the series you will collaborate with a team for a case competition as well as learn about consulting and yourself.

Our Northeast series will take place on the below dates:

  • Friday, February 7th – Chicago, IL
  • Friday, March 13th – Boston, MA
  • Friday, April 3rd – New York, NY

Participants will be assigned buddies for general questions and to help prepare for interviews. The last session will include interviews for the Summer 2021 Internship program. Internship locations vary across several Oliver Wyman offices (Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, New York, San Francisco).

Qualifications: We look for initiative, intuition and creativity with a strong background in problem solving and analytics. We do not require a specific academic major or industry experience and we value extracurricular activities and evidence of leading an interesting and impactful life outside of studies/work. One of the best things we can do for our clients and ourselves is to recruit a diverse group of people who bring a broad range of strengths and backgrounds to their roles.

There are a few specific eligibility requirements:

  • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required for U.S. office locations. Oliver Wyman does not offer sponsorship for this position. Please note that CPT and OPT are restricted forms of work authorization.
  • Second year undergraduate student (class of 2022)
