The Town of Middlebury Department of Planning & Zoning is looking for a summer intern to assist with collection and basic analysis of background data for use in a Downtown Market Study.
Student will perform research related to the following Sectors of Downtown Middlebury’s local economy: Housing, Retail & Service businesses, Housing, Office Space and Lodging. The internship project will be based on guidance developed by the University of Wisconsin-Extension for performing a Downtown Market Analysis. The internship project will draw upon several of these tools, scaling them to fit the size of our community and the hours available for this project.
